The Haitian American Lawyers Association of NY partners with the Small Claims Arbitrators Association for a training on becoming a small claims arbitrator in NYC. This training will introduce attorneys to the legal standards applicable to small and commercial claims in the Small Claims Parts of the New York City Civil Court, procedures for conducting arbitrations and inquests, and provide tips for ensuring that you have positive interactions with the court and litigants.
